Frequently Asked Questions
Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–7 business days for us to process and produce your order before it ships. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.
What are your shipping times?
After processing (3–7 business days), estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- Worldwide: 5–15 business days
These are estimates and can vary based on carrier performance and customs.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Most apparel is made-to-order (print-on-demand) and not eligible for return/exchange for reasons like wrong size or change of mind. For stocked (non-custom) items, returns are accepted within 14 days if unused, in original packaging and with tags. Please review our Refund & Return Policy for what qualifies and how to start a return.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
We’ll make it right. Contact us at info@buyaro.shop within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. Approved cases are replaced or refunded as per our policy.
Will I have to pay customs fees?
International orders may be subject to duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility. Check with your local customs office for details. See Shipping Policy.
My tracking link isn’t updating—what should I do?
Tracking can take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch. If there’s no movement beyond that, email us at info@buyaro.shop and we’ll check with the carrier.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
Email us immediately at info@buyaro.shop. If the order hasn’t entered production/shipping, we’ll update it. If it’s already in transit, we’ll try a carrier intercept (not guaranteed).
Why did my order ship in multiple packages?
We work with multiple fulfillment partners. Items may ship separately depending on availability and location. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers when applicable.
